For those of you who have been here before, you will notice that at last
something is happening. It has taken a long time to get equipment and dedicated
people together, but we have now started a Living History group dedicated to
the memory of the British and Commonwealth aviators and ground crew who
fought in the Great War. We will initially be portraying a Royal Flying Corps
pilot, observer and ground crew, but intend to expand to include the Royal
Naval Air Service and the RAF in the First World War.
If you're looking for information regarding a relative who served in the RFC,
RNAS or RAF during the Great War, there are some hints
here

News:
We've had our first event at Richmond Castle on the 7-8th June 2003,
with the Manchester Regiment, the Irish Company and two interpreters from
the Royal Armouries. You can see some photos here
Our next event will be the Festival of History
at Stoneleigh Park, the major English Heritage event this summer.
